How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard:
Cancellation Steps
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to "Subscription" in the sidebar
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select your reason for canceling (optional but helps us improve)
- Confirm the cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Service Continues: Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period
- No Future Charges: You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Mail Handling: We continue to receive and forward your mail until your service end date
- Address Validity: Your Florida address remains valid until your service ends
- Document Access: You can download your documents from the dashboard until service ends
What to Do After Cancelling
If you cancel your subscription, there are important steps to consider for your Florida residency:
Mail Forwarding
Before your service ends:
- Update your address with any organizations still sending mail to your Florida address
- File a USPS change of address form if needed
- Notify your bank, credit card companies, and other important institutions
Residency Considerations
If you're leaving Florida residency entirely:
- Update your driver's license to your new state
- Update your voter registration
- Update your vehicle registration

Resubscribing After Cancellation
Changed your mind? Here's what to know about resubscribing:
- Within 30 Days: Contact support to potentially restore your account without setup
- Within 90 Days: Your account history is preserved; simply sign up again
- After 90 Days: You'll go through the standard signup process as a new member
- Same Address: Subject to availability, you may be able to get your previous Florida address back
